Master Class Seminars are a great way to enhance skills and explore new ideas. They offer a chance to explore the details of a pose and learn helpful techniques to assist in the safe and optimal alignment. In this seminar we will focuses on sun salute techniques. Yoga Sun Salutations can be invigorating and fun! They can be a complete practice in and of itself. These poses linked together in a series can lengthen and strengthen, flex and extend many of the main muscles of the body. The techniques for each different version will be taught with emphasis on the breath and proper alignment.
