Continuing education programs allow you to learn about several different yoga styles as you increase your yoga experience.

Balance Your Body Yoga classes appeal to a wide variety of students. Our classes are for anyone who wants to learn more about yoga and the human body. We offer a wide variety of classes and varying program lengths.

100, 200 and 500 hour training programs

We offer training programs spanning 100, 200, and 500 hours that offer the participant a chance to take part in a program that offers a transformational journey into yoga. The participant attends once a month Friday evening and Saturday trainings that focus on important information including anatomy, history, nutrition, yoga techniques and teaching methods. During the week we offer group classes that illustrate and emphasize the lesson plans learned. Best of all the course work continues over the span of the year allowing you the time you need for your personal priorities. This unhurried pacing is not only enjoyable but also aids in retention of your learning and help you get the most out of your training. Yoga Seminars and Intensives

Seminars and Intensives are typically two to twelve hours in length and cover a variety of topics. Seminars topics range from learning about yoga inversions and back extensions to the basics of good nutrition. These classes are an enjoyable way to increase your knowledge and enhance your life. The Pink Ribbon Recuperative Yoga Intensive offers twelve hours of training in how to create classes designed to assist in breast cancer recovery.

Anatomy Courses

Anatomy Courses are a great addition to previous training. Many people are seeking to advance their understanding of anatomy in order to enhance their own practice as well as improve their teaching skills. Our anatomy courses offer a comprehensive training that teaches how and why yoga works the way it does. All anatomy classes include a detailed handout that not only covers the anatomical information, but also yoga poses and techniques related to the topic.

Looking for something else? Any of our classes may be taken as a single course. We offer discounted course plans starting at the 12 hour level. Please let us know if we can create a small program just for you.

Our programs are suitable for those seeking Yoga Alliance registration as well as continuing education requirements.
